Shipping & Delivery Policy

Category A: Ready-to-pick items (e.g., ready-made items, specific brackets, runners, hooks, small quantities of rails/tracks/rods).
Category B: Items that need to be cut, sewn, counted, or couriered from our warehouse (e.g., wallpaper, flooring, scatter cushions, curtain fabric, curtain hardware, tiebacks, scents).
Category C: Custom-made blinds, rails, motorized rails, and curtains. These items will only be processed after confirming sizes with the client and manufacturing or assembly. Custom made ordered items require lead time, which will be communicated by our sales assistants. If the timeline does not meet your requirements, you may cancel the order (subject to management approval). Please notify us of your required timeline via email or WhatsApp as soon as the order is placed.
Order Processing and Shipping

Category A Orders: Orders placed and paid for will be processed the following morning and dispatched within 48 hours once payment is confirmed.

Category B Orders: Orders will be processed the following morning and sent to our warehouse for packaging and dispatch. 3–7 working days

Large or Bulky Items: These will require 36–48 hours to package, and will be shipped within 96 hours of payment confirmation.

Category C Orders: These will be processed after payment and confirmed details. The items will be manufactured, assembled, and dispatched once ready. 8– 16 working days
Delivery Information
- Please allow 1–7 working days for delivery after the courier collects your order (not from the time of payment).
- For Johannesburg deliveries, we aim to deliver within 1–3 days, but please note that delivery times may vary based on courier availability.
Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are determined by the courier service and may vary depending on your location. Some areas, such as farms, outlying towns, and townships, may incur additional charges, which will be passed on to the customer. These charges are communicated to us by the courier on the last leg of delivery.
Outlying Areas: Some areas are only serviced on specific days, which can impact delivery times. This is beyond our control, as the courier’s schedule depends on parcel volumes and third-party availability.
Shipping Charges: These are subject to change without prior notice as determined by the courier. We will do our best to meet delivery expectations, but we cannot be held liable for delays or misrouted parcels caused by the courier service.
Important Notes
- We recommend placing orders well in advance, especially for Category C items that require manufacturing and assembly time.
- As our core business is not logistics, we cannot guarantee delivery times, but we will work to ensure your satisfaction with timely service.
